We offer free meditation instruction before regular sitting times
Our Schedule

Our regular mid-week meditation sitting is on Wednesday 7-7:30pm followed by a tea break and book discussion.

Our regular Sunday morning meditation sitting begins at 10 am consisting of one hour of sitting and walking meditation followed by a tea break and book discussion. Nyinthun (3 hours) session of meditation is the fourth Sunday of the month.

Book Discussion
Please join us for our weekly book discussions following our scheduled meditation and tea.
On Sunday we are reading and discussing "Great Eastern Sun: The Wisdom of Shambhala" by Chogyam Trungpa.
The fourth Sunday of the month is Nyinthun (3 hour) meditation session so there is not a book discussion.
On Wednesday we are reading and discussing Turning the Mind into an Ally by Sakyong Mipham.
