Through the practice of meditation, we glimpse unconditional goodness as the ground of our existence. Opening to ourselves with gentleness and appreciation, we begin to see our potential as genuine and compassionate human beings.

This program is the introductory program to the Shambhala Path of the Warrior. It consists of meditation instruction and practice, talks, discussion groups, and an interview with a meditation instructor. Breakfast and lunch are included, as well as a reception at the conclusion of the program. It is open to all.

If you have already taken this program, you may repeat it at half price.
